Stonehouse/Preservation is owned by GS Stonehouse Green Land Sub LLC. GS Virginia, a subsidiary of GS Companies, is the development manager. GS Companies is a privately held real estate development and management firm which was founded in 2001 in Charlotte, NC and currently manages over $500 million in residential and commercial assets.
